Modules
The construction industry is increasingly moving towards modular building processes to streamline work and shorten labour time at the final destination.
STH Steel has extensive experience in manufacturing modules, meaning load-bearing steel frames, which are transported to module factories where they are equipped into complete units with, for example, ready-made electrical and pipework systems. These units are then connected to form large factory facilities at the final destination and become pharmaceutical factories or facilities for the mining and manufacturing industry among other things.
Capacity for large orders
We have spacious and well-designed facilities to produce numerous large module frames efficiently. For example, a single module can be 14 metres long and 4.5 metres wide. A factory may need over 100 such modules to build a multi-level facility covering thousands of square metres.
